Ralf Hildenbeutel y Matthias Hoffmann formaron el duo Cygnus X, separandose años más tarde quedandose solo Matthias Hoffmann ( A.C. Boutsen, Brainchild, Dee. FX, Matthias Hoffmann).

En 1993 y a través de Eye Q Records (sello discográfico aleman fundado por Sven Väth ya extinguido), crearon este "Positron"(más tarde lo reversionó, en 2003), publicado junto a "Superstring", remezclado este último años más tarde por Rank 1 siendo uno de los himnos de la historia del Trance.

Tambien crearon (o creó) "The Orange Theme" (la versión de Ferry Corsten como Moonman es mítica), "Introspective", "Turn Around", "Synchronism", "Kinderlied", "Hypermetrical", "Delibiration", "Indakasa", y el álbum cuyo nombre también es "Hypermetrical".

Y remixes como "Under The Milkyway" (MIR), "Rain" (Baby Fox), "Madagascar" (Art of Trance), "Breathe" (Art Of Trance y Caroline Lavelle), "Easter Island" (Art of Trance) y "Money Maker" (Simon Collins).

Laurence Rapaccioli, más conocido como Arksun (Hidden Logic) y la mitad del duo Luminary junto a Ashley Tomberlin, nos brindó allá por el 2006 este fantástico tema llamado "Arisen", publicado por Armind, uno de los sellos discográficos creados por Armin van Buuren y pertenenciete a Armada. Este tema fue muy apoyado por Armin van Buuren en su día, de hecho lo llegó a poner en su compilación anual "A State Of Trance" del año 2006.

Ralph Barendse, más conocido como Ralphie B o Midway (Alpha Breed, Ralph Barendse, Suncrusaders) es el autor de este "Inca", lanzado en 2003 por In Trance We Trust, uno de los sellos discográficos del imperio Tiësto.

Aunque parte de su éxito se debe a su famoso "Massive", solo voy a centrarme en su pseudónimo Midway, haciendo producciones como "Travelling", "Monkey Forest", "Kung Fu", "Amazon" (ojito a la versión de Ferry Tayle y Stephan R, algún día la pondré), "Cobra" (la versión de Outback fue de mis canciones favoritas en 2006), y "What If", llegando a sacar en 2009 una compilación de sus éxitos como Midway con el nombre de "Equator".

Y remixes de la talla de "Solarcoaster" (Solarstone), "Shadow World" (Thomas Bronzwaer), "Massive" (suyo propio como Ralphie B), y "Avalon" (Insigma).
