It was my intention to ride Paarthurnax, but since that was not possible I tried Odahviing instead. This requires the expansion/dlc titled "Dragonborn" as well as access to "Throat of the World" and finally the "Bend Will" shout unlocked on all three stages (Earth, Mind, Dragon).
