Esto es lo que tiene mi televisor pero dice que es 720p, pero abajo dice que
tiene 3 puertos hdmi de 1080p ,entonces¿Mi tv soporta full hd?

Tiene 720p de resolucion nativa, otro cosa es que soporte hasta 1080p pero ese televisor no es full HD.

Yo se que no es Full HD, mi pregunta es que si soporta los 1080p, o sea que si se pueden reproducir juegos,peliculas, lo que sea en los 1080p

entonces la respuesta es no yo tambien tengo esa resolucion en mi television, y como mucho lo q podria hacer la television seria rescalar la imagen a 1080p pero no se veria igual que si la television fuese full hd.

Si un televisor reescala a 1080p es que es fullHD no?? ¿como puede una tele con resolución 1366 x 768 llegar a 1920x1080??

bueno, os estáis haciendo la picha un lío.
El TV ese es un HD ready, por lo que solo soporta hasta los 720p.
Eso significa que todo lo que puedas ver son 720p (720 líneas progresivas o 1080i (720 + 720 líneas entrelazadas)
Las TVs que soportan 1080p son TVs FULL HD. No te confundas en el conector y el tipo de señal que admite. Que ponga HDMI 1080p es que la TV acepta una señal de vídeo de 1080p pero solamente te va a poder representar 720p.
